The classic blend of semillon, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay continues the tradition of classic dry white at Vasse Felix since 1987.

Initially the blend was based on semillon and sauvignon blanc, similar to those found in the Bordeaux region of France.

However, over the years Vasse Felix has improved the blend with a small percentage of chardonnay, giving it more mouth-filling complexity.

Palate: The palate is refreshing with zingy passion-fruit and gooseberry flavours, complimented by hints of oak tannins giving it length.
