Made in the true Italian Prosecco style, this is a dry, zesty and fresh style of sparkling wine.  Designed to be enjoyed young, it has enticing green apple and pear characters complemented by citrus notes. It is perfect served well-chilled as an aperitif or due to its relatively low alcohol content and high acidity, it pairs exceptionally well with Spicy Asian dishes.
